Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Foshan Jiangpin Furniture Co., Ltd. has manufactured chairs in Longjiang, Foshan since 2010 — 20,000 m² of workshops, 320 staff, six assembly lines. You are welcome to audit us in person or by video call, and every quotation comes directly from our production team.
What is your MOQ?
From 6 pcs per model for dining and lounge chairs, 10 pcs for bar stools, 20 pcs for contract restaurant programmes. Mixed colours within one model are allowed at the same MOQ.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Sample lead time is 7 days, courier worldwide. For bulk orders the sample cost is credited back against your first container.
Do you do OEM / ODM?
Both. We routinely produce with customer logos, retail-ready packaging and private labels. For ODM, send a drawing or a reference photo — our R&D team of 18 returns an engineering proposal and a custom sample within 7 days.
What timber do you use — and can I specify another species?
Solid ash on around 70% of our programme, rubber wood on the remaining 30%, both kiln-dried to export moisture spec. If your market wants something else we also build in beech, white oak and red oak: we re-issue the frame drawing and the quotation against the species you choose, and custom-timber orders start from 20 pcs per model.
What is the production lead time?
Typically 15–25 days after deposit and sample approval, depending on finish and order size. Around 50 containers leave the factory monthly; your loading plan and ETD are confirmed in writing before production starts.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy), with EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP available from Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Ningbo ports. CO, Form A/E/F and full shipping documentation are provided with every order.
